Market positioning is the strategy of differentiating a product or service from the competition in the consumer's mind. The aim is to create a unique and lasting impression in the customer's mind.

4. Digital Marketing

Digital marketing is a form of marketing that uses the internet and other digital technologies to promote products or services. It includes techniques such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization), content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, among others.

5. SWOT Analysis

The SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis is a strategic planning tool used to assess a company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. It provides a basis for developing marketing strategies.

6. Market Research

Market research is the process of gathering and analyzing information about the market, including customers, competition, and trends. It helps companies understand the market environment, identify opportunities and make informed decisions.

7. Pricing Strategies

Pricing strategies are plans developed by companies to price their products or services. These can include market penetration strategies, where the price is initially set low to attract customers, or market skimming strategies, where the price is set high to maximize profit.

8. Branding

Branding is the process of creating a unique and distinctive brand for a product or company. It involves creating a name, logo, tagline and design that differentiates the product or company from the competition.

9. Customer Service

Customer service is a crucial part of marketing. It involves all interactions between a business and its customers, with the goal of providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.

10. Marketing Metrics Analysis

Marketing metrics analysis involves tracking and analyzing data to evaluate the performance of marketing strategies. This can include tracking metrics such as click-through rates, conversions, return on investment (ROI) and customer satisfaction.
