The Power Point interface is made up of several tools and resources that facilitate the creation of professional and creative presentations. When opening the program, the user is presented with the initial screen, which offers several options for presentation templates, in addition to allowing the creation of a new blank file.
At the top of the screen, we find the toolbar, which offers a series of commands for creating and formatting slides. Among the available options, we have the insertion of new slides, the choice of predefined layouts, the change of fonts, colors and text styles, the addition of images, graphs and tables, among others.
On the left side of the screen is the thumbnail pane, which displays a preview of all the slides in the presentation. This feature allows the user to easily navigate between the slides, in addition to allowing the reorganization of their order.
Next to the thumbnail panel is the annotations panel, which allows the user to add notes and comments to each slide in the presentation. At the bottom of the screen is the status bar, which displays information about the presentation, such as the current slide number and the time elapsed since the start of the presentation. In addition, this bar also offers quick access to some tools, such as the zoom control and the option to switch between normal view and slideshow mode.
Finally, at the top right of the screen, we find the option to save and close the presentation, as well as other customization options, such as choosing the presentation theme and configuring print settings.
