Canva User Interface

Canva's user interface is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for beginners. When you log in to your Canva account, you're greeted with the homepage, which features a variety of design templates to choose from, from social media posts to presentations and more.

Navigation Pane

On the left side of the screen you will see the navigation pane. Here, you can access different areas of Canva, such as your designs, uploads, folders, and the learning section. The navigation panel also allows you to create a new design, either from a template or from scratch.

Toolbar

At the top of the screen, you'll find the toolbar. Here, you can undo or redo actions, add elements to your design, change text, apply a background, and much more. The toolbar also allows you to preview your design in different modes such as presentation or print.

Desktop

Most of the screen is taken up by the workspace, where you actually create your designs. You can drag and drop elements from the elements panel onto the workspace, resize them, rotate them, change their colors, and much more. You can also add text to the desktop and customize it with different fonts, sizes, colors and styles.

Elements Panel

To the left of the workspace, you'll find the elements panel. Here, you can browse and select a variety of elements to add to your design, such as shapes, lines, images, icons, videos, and more. You can also upload your own images or videos to use in your designs.

Text Panel

Next to the elements panel, you'll find the text panel. Here, you can add different types of text to your design, such as titles, subtitles, and body text. You can also choose from a variety of predefined text styles, or create your own.

Background Panel

Next to the text panel, you'll find the background panel. Here, you can apply different background colors or images to your design. You can choose from a variety of solid colors, gradients, textures, or upload your own background image.
