To be a successful teacher, it is necessary that the teacher is committed to his/her continuous training. This implies being always open to learning, constantly seeking new knowledge and skills, being willing to change and adapt to the new demands and challenges of the profession.

In addition, a successful teacher must be able to establish a positive relationship with his students, awaken their interest in learning, motivate them to overcome their difficulties and achieve their goals. For this, it is necessary that the teacher knows his students well, that he knows how to identify their needs, interests and potential, that he knows how to adapt his teaching to the diversity of his students.

A successful teacher must also be able to work in a team, to collaborate with his colleagues and with the school administration, to participate actively in the construction of the school's pedagogical project. For this, it is necessary that the teacher has leadership, communication, negotiation, conflict management skills, among others.

In summary, teacher training is a complex and continuous process, which involves the acquisition of knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for the exercise of the teaching profession. Being a successful teacher implies being committed to this training, being willing to always learn, to adapt to changes, to work as a team, to establish a positive relationship with students, to motivate them to learn and overcome their challenges. difficulties.
