In short, the Pedagogy of Inclusion is a process that requires everyone's commitment and effort to guarantee everyone's right to education. It is a process that requires profound changes in the educational system, in teacher training, in educational policies, in the attitude of the school community and society. But it's a worthwhile process, as inclusion benefits not just students with special educational needs, but all students as it promotes a richer, more diverse, and fairer education.

To become a successful teacher in the Pedagogy of Inclusion, it is necessary to be willing to constantly learn, to adapt and to seek new ways of teaching. It takes empathy, patience and respect for differences. It is necessary to believe in the potential of each student and fight for everyone to have the same opportunities to learn. And, above all, you have to love what you do, because education is a task that requires dedication, commitment and passion.
