Days of the week

As in English, the week in Italian starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. Here are the days of the week in Italian:

  • Lunedì - Monday
  • Martedì - Tuesday
  • Mercoledì - Wednesday
  • Giovedì - Thursday
  • Venerdì - Friday
  • Saturday - Saturday
  • Domenica - Sunday

Months of the year

The months of the year in Italian are very similar to those in Portuguese, which can make learning easier. They are:
