As in English, the week in Italian starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. Here are the days of the week in Italian:
- Lunedì - Monday
- Martedì - Tuesday
- Mercoledì - Wednesday
- Giovedì - Thursday

- Saturday - Saturday
- Domenica - Sunday
Months of the year
The months of the year in Italian are very similar to those in Portuguese, which can make learning easier. They are:

- Aprile - April
- Maggio - May
- Giugno - June
- Luglio - July
- August - August
- Settembre - September
- Ottobre - October
