One of the most useful features of Power Point is annotations. They allow the presenter to add additional information to slides without it appearing in the presentation itself. This can be especially useful for more complex presentations, where the presenter needs more information than is visible to the audience.

To create notes on a slide, simply select the "Notes" tab at the bottom of the screen. There, you can freely type text, just as you would in a regular text editor. Notes appear in a separate box at the bottom of the screen, and can be viewed by the presenter while he is giving the presentation.

In addition, you can format notes to make them more readable and organized. For example, you can use bold, italic, and underline to highlight important information, or create numbered or bulleted lists to organize content.

To format your notes, simply select the text you want to format and use the formatting options on the toolbar. You can also change the font, text size and background color of the note box.

Another interesting feature of annotations is the ability to include images and graphics. This can be useful for presentations where the presenter needs to show data or illustrations that aren't on the main slides.

To include images in annotations, simply select the "Insert Image" option on the toolbar. It is possible to choose an image from the computer or the internet, or even use an image that is already present in the main slides.

Finally, it's important to remember that notes are a powerful tool, but they should be used sparingly. Care must be taken not to overwhelm the audience with too much information, and to ensure that the notes are useful and relevant to the presentation itself.
