Course Description
Start building real martial arts fundamentals from day one with a practical introduction to Wing Chun designed for complete beginners. This free online course focuses on the skills that make training feel grounded and useful: stable posture, strong legs, balanced movement, and efficient hand techniques. You will work on developing coordination between your stance, footwork, and upper-body actions so your body learns to move as one unit rather than as separate parts.
Training begins with foundational leg exercises that improve stability and control, then progresses into turning, twisting, and walking patterns that teach you how to change angle and distance with confidence. As your base becomes stronger, you will add hand positioning and switching, learning to transition smoothly between actions without losing structure.
